How I would describe myself:

I am one of those people that has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge with a touch of OCD. When I do something I have to try and learn everything there is to know about the given subject, this is where the OCD comes in.

Occupation and schooling:

I am a full time auto tech and part time AMF 82-90XLi tech. I went to Universal Technical Institute (UTI) also know as Hot Rod U or NASCAR Tech. Inst. (NTI). I took the full program with every available class and finished with a GPA of 3.9 and was part of the National Honor Society. I did a term in the US Navy where I was an Interior Communications Electrician.

Major and coincidental things that have happened to me in my 35 years.

4 years ago I had a brain aneurysm and they performed a non-invasive surgery, where they take a bi-metal wire and insert it up through the carotid artery to the point of the bleed and then send electrical pulses through it. These pulses cause the wire to heat and due to the disimilar metals the wire coils it's self up to close of the bleed.
My Dad had a heart attack 1 year to the day after my aneurysm and passed due to complication 3 weeks later.
My sister had a little girl 3 years to the day after my fathers passing.

I was involved in a street racing accident in 93. I was racing a Mustang on a twisty road. He lost control sliding into me while we were going through a right hand curve, the contact sent me through a guard rail at 110+, I continued on through 2 utility poles and the car burst into flames as I came to a stop. Lucky for me I had my seatbelt on and only sustained minor injuries which were burns I got while climbing from the car.

Anything from classic rock to metal.
Some of my favorites are:
Metallica, Megadeth, Mudvayne, Tool, Korn, Nickelback, Primus, Godsmack, etc.

Movies:
I like just about anything except horror, especially like comedy and true stories.

TV:
Don't really watch TV much other than auto/racing related shows, Cardinal baseball, Figthing Illini basketball and a couple of reality shows.

Books:
I only read technical stuff, just can't get into fiction.

Dislikes:
Liars, judgemental people, under achievers, people that throw a fit when they don't carry and dry lanes.

Hobbies:
Bowling obviously, pool, cars (auto body and mechanical), web design, Video/Photo, computer technology.

Vices:
cigarettes and beer.

Virtues:
I figure this is where we list what makes us proud of our self.
Honest, loyal, even keeled, analytical, and conscientious, I could go on but I don't want to seem arrogant

My Dad who was not only my father but was also my best friend.
